Diversity of Wildlife and Hunting: There is no
other place in America where one can find exceptional quality hunting for the range of
species available on our
lands, including elk, whitetail deer, mule deer, turkey, pheasant, quail, dove, prairie chicken,
sharptail grouse, Hungarian partridge, ducks and geese. For the truly avid hunter there
is additional small game and predator hunting. We do everything possible to provide
the highest quality and widest diversity of wildlife and hunting opportunities to
our ranch owners and clients. We develop general recreational properties with an emphasis
on hunting and wildlife. We aim all our efforts at developing a reputation for building and
selling premium quality hunting and wildlife ranches as well as providing one of
the best hunting operations available for today's sportsman. |

Variety of Hunting Terrain and Approaches: Most
hunting ranches consist of relatively uniform terrain, whether in the mountain states,
on a Texas ranch, in
the Dakotas for pheasants, or anywhere for waterfowl. We have extraordinary
diversity of hunting terrain, including hill and canyon country, shelterbelts, CRP fields,
grain fields, river bottoms, lakes, sloughs, wooded draws, grasslands, Sandhills, plum
thickets, developed food plots, wetlands, forests, and potholes. Because of the variety of
terrain virtually any approach to hunting is possible. The rich soils and adequate
rainfalls let us develop habitat and food that will support large populations of wildlife. With a
little bit of investment and effort, the land naturally supports a diversity of wildlife
that is hard to find anywhere else in the country. Virtually every acre of property can be
designed and used to build high quality wildlife populations. |

Natural Beauty and Hunting Land Esthetics: Few
people know that parts of Nebraska have exceptional natural beauty. Most who have
visited have formed their
impressions by traversing I-80 through the Platte River valley, with its endless miles of
flat prairie and fields. When they visit our ranches they are struck by the natural beauty
and
enthralled by the habitat and terrain. The hill and canyon country has a distinct natural
beauty that adds immensely to the hunting experience. To quote Scott Shoemaker (hunter,
realtor, and developer of hunting clubs) from Clinton, Missouri, "For hunting, this
looks exactly like it's supposed to look. This is what hunters have in mind when they think of
hunting." We are unearthing and developing what to hunters is a hidden
jewel. |
